Ben Jerry's - Emerald Isle

This was our first time visiting this place. Super impressed. Great staff, excellent ice cream and non-dairy selections, and a super clean store. Our new go-to for ice cream night!

We went twice during our Emerald Isle trip. The first time, the two men working were so friendly were even asking us questions about where we are from and how our trip was going (9/13/22 around 8pm). The second time, the two girls working were super rude!One of them asked my sister what flavor milkshake she wanted and then walked away into the back right before she answered andnever came back to help. The other girl was rolling her eyes and it seemed like she didn?t want to make any milkshakes orsmoothies for us. My husband told her he wanted something as a shake and she said ?oh, great? with a major attitude. It wasreally strange. (9/14/22 around 8pm) But overall, the ice cream was so yummy. Your customer service experience will just dependon who?s working, but I guess you?ll find that anywhere!

This store is amazing! The ice cream is great, and the employees are just the sweetest. My sister has a strong allergy to dairy and these girls went so far as to get a new blender out of the washer and get a new tub of non dairy ice cream out of thefreezer so there would be no cross contamination in her shake. 10/10

We ordered smoothies which were amazing! But apparently they are very hard to make because the girls at the front were very sarcastic and rude. They acted as if making our smoothie was the hardest task in the world. I know there are some things thatsuck while working, speaking from someone in the food industry myself, but these girls made my family and I feel belittled andun-welcomed. They were very clear to each other about whose turn it was to take on this insurmountable task of making oursmoothies. We left quickly.
