The wonderful server Alena greeted us with a smile and recommended some delicious dishes! The food was great, and the ambiance was beautiful. Thank you for the hospitality and cozy atmosphere.

The children's play area is quite poor; there's nothing in it except for a kitchen that barely has anything—just one plate, and that's it. There are three small cushions that are meant for sitting. There's absolutely nothing for the kids to do. The kitchen overall is decent, but the food often takes a very long time to prepare, and when it finally arrives, it's served cold. I'm not sure how this happens. It seems like they only bring out the dishes when they remember or when guests remind them.

One of our family's favorite places to visit; the food is always delicious. However, they've changed the kids' menu, and it's now lacking pictures, which is a big downside! The kids struggle to choose and end up feeling disappointed.

Terrible place, we just ordered dessert, waited 20 minutes for it, ordered it to go... so we could go down to the 2nd floor and eat it somewhere else So dessert hot chocolate with ice cream The photo shows how the “hot” chocolate is lumpy on the spoon and the biscuit itself looked like it came from the freezer We were very disappointed and the whole mood went away, we ordered three desserts and they all went in the trash, since it was impossible to eat Point: City Mall, Saturday 10/19/24 evening.
