Valley Inn - Elroy

Just an old fashioned motel with no frills. But it served it’s purpose

Terrible service no key rude employee dirty as hell wouldn't recommend

It's a fairly comfortable place to rest, but it could benefit from some exterior maintenance.

I visited on a Friday hoping to take advantage of the fish specials, thinking they would be cheaper. However, the price for the 21 Piece Shrimp Plate was actually higher compared to the regular menu. One waitress took 15 minutes to refill our drinks and I overheard her telling another table that they were out of chicken strips. She also mentioned that if they wanted fish, it was frozen and had to be taken out of the freezer. Keep in mind, it was Friday! I even took pictures of the so-called fish special. After waiting over 50 minutes without receiving any food, I decided to pay for my soda and leave.

The grilled prime rib was delicious, and the owner personally prepared our meal.
