Starbucks - Elmwood Charter Twp

Waited for 5 min with no acknowledgement. Then a regular walked in and right up to the cashier and was greeted by everyone and waited on right away. Paid no attention to the other customer waiting paitently. I was a regular too. Just not important enough to be waited on. When it was actually my turn.

I'm calling out Mercie at Starbucks in front of the Mall!! She was the most sweetest person you ever could have met. She was so patient with me and made my day I cried!! Haha never thought I'd start my day joyfully crying. Thank you Mercie for your kindness. Hope your life gives you the best gifts imagined.

They made my Frappuccino first and then it took 20 mins to make the hot drink that was on my order. Once the hot drink came my Frappuccino was melted so I asked them to remake it and the woman chucked my drink into the trash and remade it. This is what it looked like. I don’t even get the full drink. then they gave me chips instead of popcorn lol.

Usually not a busy drive through, very quick service. Everyone at the window is always so friendly!

Arrived at drive through at 5:30pm, didn't place order till 5:51pm that's 21 minutes waiting just to place my order and there were only 2 cars parked outside the building as far as i could see. Got an iced chocolate almondmilk expresso drink which was great but didn't get drink for another 7 minutes. For anyone whose looking to grab a quick coffee, ur better off going to the Starbucks in the target right across the parking lot.
