Tim Hortons - Elmvale

Used drive thru. The line was long but moved well. The food and drinks came out hot and tasty. Will return when I am in Elmvale.

Really bad customer service experience and and ignoring Half of the stuff don't even speak english and

I am regular to Tim’s. At almost every other Tim’s I have experienced a wonderful service, atmosphere and loving staff, until today, I stopped by at this Tim Hortons with my family. The staff is very rude including THE MANAGER on shift. The staff asks you whole bunch of questions what why how if you ask them for sleeve, or creamers on side. Even a cup of tap water to lower down hot coffee temp. But she is like no , whats the reason, oh i need to charge you. Manager wants to charge me for hot water. Seriously charge you? I amNot asking for another cup of coffee which has grinds in bottom. Never mind, I am not going to this Tims ever again. If you are expecting good service then go somewhere else.

Bought a bagel this morning. Very disappointed. It was burnt and there was the smallest smear of cream cheese on it. It was just so dry. I am a regular here and usually it’s not too bad this early in the morning but whoever made my food just clearly didn’t care. It wasn’t busy at all so it wasn’t a matter of them needing to rush to get the food to me so that their times don’t get messed up, it’s just pure laziness and lack of care about the work. If I’m paying close to $4 for a bagel I expect it to be made with effort and care.

Super confuse staff, they don’t know what they doing, I’ve waited for someone to take my order over 10 minutes even there was no lineup, they were busy with their drive through ordersAt the end my order was wrong, not so friendly stuff.Ps.See your other negative reviews, I’m not the only one complaining, staff that work there are not friendly at all, waiting time is awful they don’t care that there is a line up
