Burger King - Elmont

I like to go with friends to this place with my warmest recommendations. I visit this place often. I get very good feedback from my friends. The the food there is appetizing and the stuff is generous and cooperative. always when we eat in this place we enjoy a lovely evening. I recommend this place with pleasure.

The worst customer service. They are never at the register when you walk in..you have to wait or sometimes I have to ask is someone here. They should have 2 people 1 for register and 1 for drive through.

For a combined Popeye's/Burger King spot, I was pleasantly surprised to find the food delicious, fresh, and well prepared. I presented 3 coupons for my large order at the BK section, and all was handled wonderfully by the staff. Items were all labeled correctly (bacon, double pattied, grilled) and I received plenty of condiments and utensils. All food items were accounted for, and it all tasted great. The manager is a true gentleman, as well. I actually lost my kid's iPad in the parking lot on the way out at night, and he reached out the very next day for us to retrieve it. We were so grateful. The service was already fantastic, and this just topped it all in a fantastic way. Recommended!

Somebody needs to come show them how to run a place don't shut it down but damn been here for a year and it always stinks on top of that the service is trash they talk to each other... It's just bad it's brgure king so the food is I guess as you'd expect but this one itself is not good at all

Additionally, the manager deserves special recognition. I accidentally left my child's iPad in the parking lot on our way out at night, and he reached out to us the next day to let us know we could come pick it up. We were extremely grateful for that! The service was already fantastic, and this just made the experience even better. Highly recommended!
