Pizza Hut - Elmira

I can't begin to share how horrible of a place/management/delivery drivers etc this place is... who yells at the customer after your food is extremely late?Literally said some extreme words that made me even walk back out the door after I had walked away... what delivery driver yells at a customer? Your late... it's not my fault!Then you call the store with 0 apology from the managerAnd get told you still have to pay for your food???ABSOLUTELY MORE THEN DISSAPOINTED... can't wait to share my story in such a small town...How many people do you tell about a bad experience before you say a good one?I went to school for restaurant management this is just patheticThanks very much to PYRAMID PIZZA for coming through with a delicious pie..At least I helped out a small business in these difficult times. AND ITS DELICIOUS!!

Pizza hut's pizza never disappoints. Tastes great, generous amount of toppings and crisp crust. Employees are very friendly and do accommodate special requests. Store is clean and well kept. Delivery is quick and on time.
