The best wing south of the anchor rod! the dressed billy burger is delicious....a instruction on tweebel rings and you have a great meal. the bartenders are asses. wide selection of beer. many sports on tvs make this the best neighboring bar in elmira.

These chicken wings are the best! The homemade blue cheese is also incredible.

The wings at this restaurant are delicious, with more than twelve flavors to choose from. The salad was fresh and crunchy!

This place is perfect for a quick lunch. The staff is very friendly.

I absolutely love the Billy Burgers you guys make. And the chicken wings.. omg . Everything u guys make over at the Elbow Room is on point. And because I love the food you guys cook so much, I'm gonna write you guys a review , and I'm going to recommend who ever reads it gives you guys 5 stars, bc u all deserve it for all the hard work you put into making a big part of our small town so wonderful.
