Pizza Hut Express - Elmhurst

The staff didn't acknowledge me or inform me to wait. They wandered around without attending to the line or the customers until they chose to do so.

On September 13, 2020, around 5:15 PM, I had an unpleasant experience at this restaurant. I believe establishments like this should operate on a fair, first-come, first-served basis, but the customer service was severely lacking. It took an hour for my order to arrive, during which time they prioritized six other customers who came after me. When I raised my concerns, they didn’t take me seriously and seemed uninterested in my feedback. I don’t usually write reviews, but their level of disrespect and rudeness has prompted me to speak out, especially since this isn't the first time I've faced such issues. There was no explanation provided for the long wait. The staff working that Sunday did not handle the situation well.

I had a terrible experience at this pizza place. I ordered my pizza and waited for three hours, but it never arrived. I definitely don’t recommend buying from here.

With exception of one employee everyone else working there horrible attitude mean uff just terrible I feel like I?m about to get it to a fight every time I?m in this pizza hut that?s located in target. Pizza is good and snacks but you think about coming over just because the customer service is just disappointing ?

I went to many Pizza Hut around the country.This place is disgusting.no cheese on the pizza.bread is raw.Disgusting wings.smell very old.so sad
