フィードバックを提供するI was very disappointed with the staff, as they seemed disinterested. My chicken was dry and when I complained, I had to pay for a new piece. They never checked if our food was okay. The fresh chicken was brought without a clear explanation and the garlic bread was burnt. Overall, it was not a good experience.
The restaurant has unenthusiastic and unhelpful employees who only do the bare minimum and are not very friendly. The online ordering process was slow and the food only arrived after we were finished eating. The chips were cold, the portion size was small, and there were noticeable flaws in the dish.
After waiting for our food for 40 minutes, we inquired about our order only to be informed by the manager that it had been lost. Despite seeing a similar meal sitting by the kitchen for half an hour, the manager insisted it was ours. The quality of the food was subpar, especially the chicken. When we requested a refund, we were only offered cash for a cheaper meal. The manager's attitude was disappointing, but the rest of the staff appeared overwhelmed. Overall, a highly disappointing experience.
We keep regularly at this nando’s when they travel on m25 and the service and eating always 5* bruno the manager is always so friendly and helpful without failing he greets us with a smile and offers excellent service
We had an evening meal here whilst staying at hotel attached to the services, Staff were excellent, food was lovely and nothing was too much trouble, would recommend.
