Dunkin' - Ellsworth

Ths DD was doing drive-through only. When we went inside, at around 11 this morning, and told the young lady who was doing drive-through orders that we were towing a camper, she very kindly let us place an order with her. I wish I had gotten hername. This is true customer service!

Long drive through wait; can only order through a computer screen in the lobby. Waited 15 minutes before I gave up

We go every week the staff knows our names and orders on site it is great and they are so friendly

The restrooms were clean and well-stocked. However, it seemed like all the donuts we received were a bit hard.

I ordered a hot pumpkin latte with almond milk from the drive-thru. Although there was a long line, it moved quickly. The service was friendly.
