Dragonfire Pizza - Ellsworth

My parents live in the area and recommended this restaurant. Everyone raved about it, and they were right! I tried the Emerald Dragon, which had spinach, cheese, ricotta, oil, and garlic, and it was absolutely delicious. My friend had the Queen Dragon, which was packed with flavors. I will definitely be coming back!

This pizza is so good. You can judge a pizza through his cheese slice. It is thin, good sauce and delicious cheese. As a native New Yorker, I'm picky about my pizza. I didn't expect this to blow my mind, but it did. I'm sorry I don't have a whole cake!

This was by far the best pizza I've had in years, and they offer an incredible variety of pizzas and sandwiches to choose from. I can't wait to return!

I absolutely love the Emerald Dragon! It reminds me of my trip to Italy earlier this year. Sometimes I like to add tomatoes to my spinach. Their gluten-free crust is fantastic! While I'm not gluten-sensitive, my nephew is, and I wonder if the owner truly understands the significance of gluten. It's crucial that the prep areas, utensils, cutting boards, and finishing areas are either completely separated or thoroughly cleaned and lined between orders. Unfortunately, I didn't notice this during my visit while I was waiting.

Definitely has the feel of a more hometown pizzeria than anything else, but as tourists I still enjoyed my visit here. The food was excellent with great customer service.
