Chipotle Mexican Grill - Ellisville

This restaurant is struggling. The service is minimal, and the staff working in the kitchen seem to have no interest in serving their customers. It's a disappointing experience.

This review is for the Ellisville, MO location. 1. The night shift is consistently low on supplies. 2. The general manager completely ignored me for two minutes.

The manager essentially told us to "hit the road" when we returned with a single receipt for our order, following a notification from PayPal indicating that we had been charged for two orders.

I eat at Chipotle more often than I probably should, and this location is always my favorite. The portions are generous, the food quality is excellent, and the staff is fantastic. I really appreciate the hard work they put in. The team is incredibly friendly and always busy, which speaks to how popular this spot is. In my opinion, it’s probably the best Chipotle in Manchester.

Since the nearest location of this restaurant is an hour's walk from my home, I find it quite convenient to visit. However, I must say that the quality has declined. Despite this, I would still recommend it, as it demonstrates that good quality doesn't always have to come with a high price tag.
