Cupcaked Bakery - ELLICOTTVILLE

I recently stopped out of town to treat my sweet tooth. there were so many different options covered by chocolate oreos to macaroons cupcakes and cakes. they were so delicious. I bought half a dozen macaroons to go home. Thank you!

What a great team to order! the customer service was excellent and the custom cookies I ordered looked beautiful and funny. highly recommended!

I ordered the bar sampler box and all 4 flavors (oreo cheesecake, oat flour, chocolate chip, and lemon) were delicious. My friend got a triple berry macaron and she said it was fantastic. The best part was that everything was only around $8. The woman behind the counter was very friendly as well.

I had booked for the high time of my daughter cupcake, which should take place in the oktober. unfortunately, it was cancelled at the very time. I understand that in cases are given for good reason and for very good reason are not refundable in some cases. I have reviewed all the contracts that I signed details at which point my payment was not refunded and fortunately, any seller with whom I used a contract, was good within the timeframe and I was returned my payment with much understanding of the seller. I was upset and they said that these things were happening and they kept them in the eye for future events. Unfortunately this was not the case with cupcaked. at the beginning there was no contract that was signed when accepting my order and deposit, only e-mail exchange. I have the different stock exchanges that went over the details of the transaction to see if I missed something, and nowhere in the stock exchange was mentioned a cancellation policy. some months after my deposit I was sent a link that actually claimed that the deposit was not refunded that should have been made available to the good business before taking my loan. to be fair, I would probably have asked, but in a million years we didn't think we had to cancel. as I said, I understand the reason for non-refundable deposits, as there is a time when the seller would suffer a loss due to a cancellation that would be unfair, but I do not see how canceling 6 months before the event would cause that to happen and also none of the other providers I used. I even tried to use my deposit as a loan for another purchase from the bakery and they said that the deposit was only for high times. to refuel my disappointment, even the sellers who recommended this bakery also explained that they thought this was a bad business and that my money would have been far away with a cancellation in this. I think at least they could have shown that they take care of their customers enough to allow me at least one kind of partial loan in the direction of another order in good faith. I think this is bad and will not consider this bakery for future events. only wanted to share this if someone thought to use this bakery for a event, and they are not told that their deposit will not be refunded under any circumstances before location.

I ordered birthday cookies for my daughters Frozen themed 3rd birthday party and Anne and her staff went above and beyond my expectations!!! The cookies were absolutely beautiful! I almost didn't want to eat them. I wish I would have taken pictures of them before the kids got to them! They were the most soft and delicious cookies I've ever had!!
