Papa Johns Pizza - Ellettsville

We typically order from Papa Johns more often because they usually have better deals and lower prices than the competition. However, the last several times in a row that I ordered from here I got my pizza home to discover that it was not done. When biting into a slice it is still a bit doughy. And the bottom of the pizza is undercooked just enough that it's sticking to the box. The first time I thought it was an oversight or a mistake, the second time I was starting to wonder but this time makes three times in a row and I'm not sure I want to continue ordering. Even though I'll pay a little more from Domino's, I may start ordering from them more frequently. I have never once received an undercooked pizza from them. An undercooked pizza that is still doughy can make people sick. It certainly doesn't settle well with my stomach. On a positive note, the staff at Papa Johns has always been friendly to me every time I have picked up my pizza. I have no complaints against the staff. I don't know if the oven are on the wrong temperature for some reason or if people are just pulling the pizzas out a little early, I have no clue what's going on I only know that the last three times in a row I've ordered, my pizzas were undercooked.

Way more consistent than the Bloomington address stores. Worth the few minutes drive to know you will get what you ordered and that it 's not hurriedly thrown together.

This is absolutely the best Papa John’s we have ever gotten Pizza from!!!! They make it the same(Delicious!!!)every single time we order!!! Thank you for being awesome!!!

They were swamped. New Years Eve, which was understandable. I'm very patient and understanding, though. The Papa tracker was off. It's probably due to the number of orders coming in. The gal with the pixie cut blue hair was super friendly and made me feel relaxed and welcome. Even with as busy as they were. My only issue was that we requested the pizzas all well done. They were far from it. I understand they are stressed and pressed for time. It was not a huge deal, but it's how we like our pizzas done. Other than that, it was really good. I would definitely order Papa John's in Ellettsville again.

We ordered extra cheese, and it didn't cover half the pizza. We ordered extra, not light! Also, one pizza was missing the only topping that we ordered aside from the cheese. How do you forget the only topping???? What a waste of money. FNO, we will get Domino's.
