Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Ellenwood

Ordered a 10-part chicken dinner and received only 8 pieces of squirting chicken. They were from all sides except Slav and rice. No cookies. Didn?t received a reception and customer service was terrible. I heard this place was terrible, but there was an attempt. I won't return.

This is by far, the worst Popeyes I?ve eaten at in the state of GA. The service is terrible. The food is either over cooked or undercooked. They do not care. If you bring them your concerns, they will curse you out or ignore you. They think everyone is a ?Karen? when in reality, the food is deadly. The health score is an 74. I will post pictures to prove it. Save yourself the deathbed- do not ingest Popeyes from the Ellenwood, GA location located on Anvil Block Rd. The used to have a manager there, of the Indian decent and he cared about costumer concerns.. the new manager, she will snatch your receipt and make you wait 10+ minutes on a remake.

If I could rate this with zero stars I would. The manager, and the young lady at the drive-through were very nasty, very rude, and so unprofessional. When I got home to open up my food this was the amount of red beans and rice I received; it was not even worth 3 teaspoons full. I was told this is the amount they give everybody. Please look at the picture below. I plan to speak with the general manager on Friday. I will never, ever visit this location again. If you want quality service and quality food go to the Popeyes on Highway 138 in Stockbridge.

The drive-thru line was ridiculously long, but once I ordered, my food came fast. I paid $47.03. I ordered a family meal w/ fries, coleslaw, and red beans/rice. And I also order the shrimp meal w/ red beans/rice coleslaw. After I got home, I discovered Items were missing that I payed for. I tried to call to let them know what happened and that I was hoping to get some sort of credit on my next visit because I did not want to drive all the way back. I called them 5 times and no one answered the phone. I then decided to make the drive back. Before walking out the door, I fed my children a few pieces of chicken. The chicken was fried to hell. The wings were cooked so hard that the meat was too dried out to eat. I threw away several pieces of wings in the trash. Once I returned to the store, I let them know what happened (about my missing order) and the coleslaw that looked anything but fresh. They replaced my missing shrimp meal and the coleslaw with another side item. There was no apology or any sort of empathy. Once I arrived back home, I ate my meal. It was okay. Definitely not the best. I quickly remembered exactly why I stopped eating at Popeyes. The food is way too overpriced and the service is terrible.

This just happened to my daughter 15 min ago. A whole fukin roach in her sandwich spread in with the mayo. There no such thing as one roach so I will be calling health department immediately. Please avoid
