American Deli - Ellenwood

The employees at this American deli are RUDE. Everyone of them, there is NEVER a manger in this location, the employees are always horse playing with each other their relative that come to the store to get food. They always pickup the phone hang up then when they do answer they have an attitude. There is 1 guy who works there who always get your order wrong then when you get there he laughs at you as if you are joking he got your order wrong then walks off. Then everyone who works there acts as if this happens all the time. This location location has become the worst location to purchase wings. Looks like American Deli on Lake Harbin here we come.

I didn't like that children was behind the counter. One sitting on the counter, the other one was just running around behind the counter. Safety Issue! Philly cheese steak was okay.

The staff was ghetto and the food was not good it used to be good as long as the asian manager was there in the beginning but I?ve noticed with him not being there they just talk and play at the front all day my last time here customer service and quality over time is important oh and they have a health score of a C which validates my point even more it was an A about 6 months ago.

The service is so horrible here. The last few times I?ve been here I?ve had to request a manager. When I call from my phone they don?t answer but when I call from a unknown number they answer quickly. They always claim there is no manager but when I show up in the store the manager magically appears. This place has really good food but the service is so terrible and I am so tired of complaining I?ll just drive down to Fairview for my wings. Sad thing is I live within walking distance of this location. Just sad.

Them 3 female Mexican cashiers have the nastiest attitudes. Even tho we haven?t done anything to them. Need a new staff. Every visit. The girls are never in a good mood. Always nasty attitude.
