American Deli - Ellenwood

The service is so horrible here. The last few times I?ve been here I?ve had to request a manager. When I call from my phone they don?t answer but when I call from a unknown number they answer quickly. They always claim there is no manager but when I show up in the store the manager magically appears. This place has really good food but the service is so terrible and I am so tired of complaining I?ll just drive down to Fairview for my wings. Sad thing is I live within walking distance of this location. Just sad.

Them 3 female Mexican cashiers have the nastiest attitudes. Even tho we haven?t done anything to them. Need a new staff. Every visit. The girls are never in a good mood. Always nasty attitude.

Sammy is very nice always has a smile on her face. Very welcoming and polite. She makes sure you get exactly what you requested. I will be coming back!!! PSA- BEST AMERICAN DELI IN THE SOUTH FOR SURE!

Matter of fact, it was a great experience. Customer service was pleasant, food was awesome.

The staff at this American deli are incredibly rude. Every single one of them. There's never a manager on duty at this location, and the employees often engage in horseplay with each other and their friends who come in to get food. They frequently pick up the phone only to hang up, and when they do answer, they have a bad attitude. There's one particular guy who always manages to get your order wrong, and when you confront him, he laughs as if your order mix-up is a joke before just walking away. The entire staff seems to treat this as the norm. This location has become the worst place to order wings. I think it’s time to head to the American Deli on Lake Harbin instead.
