Not a lot of legit taco places in the Tampa Bay Area and this grocery store has legit tacos! You'll find a lot of food products not only from Mexico but from other Latin American countries as well.

I could give them 0 stars if I had to. Acapulco one of the worst stores from manatee county seriously the prices went up not only that but they have poor management and worst customer service in the Kitchen and The registers area. Managers wanna be leaders but yet they be treating employees like slaves specially these minors that works there If I had my child working there I would definitely sue them and the owners since the only thing they care is about their dirty money and treating employees really bad. I witnessed one time how the owner treated bad a worker in customer service just because her food didn’t look good they always treat bad the undocumented workers. Definitely won’t be coming back.

Forgot my bread at the cashier registry. I called they said they will have a note for the manger with my name and I should get it next visit. 2+ weeks later managers said I should have keep my receipt the receipt turned white as ghost. Not valid. They Should have better way to track any Pending items, returns or compensations to the public. Be able to make redounds. Any ways 10 pieces of Bread I will never get back. And manager refused to make it right.

I've passed this place on 301 many many times and never went in until this weekend since they advertised cheap baby back ribs. I was like ok...I'll bite. What a cool place! This market has a little of everything! Fish, meats, produce, desserts, flowers, jewelry, and authentic made to cook meals. After picking up a few things, we decided to try a handful of items from their cafe. We ordered the steak gringos (delicious), the bacon wrapped jalapeños (yummy), the beef empanadas (oh heck ya), and the street corn (a huge NO in my book- too salty and too much seasoning. I threw it out). The cafe was packed, and everyone seemed to enjoy their food in the dining area. Prices are very reasonable, and we will definatekynbe back to try more foods on their menu!

I've had this place rated a 5 for years. It used to be great. And still is for some things. But I often go to get food from the restaurant area and the area is so consistently disgusting that I can no longer keep it at a 5. The tables are always dirty and on top of that you spend more time swatting flies away from your face and food when you're eating than you do actually eating. I keep coming back thinking one day it'll be better but at this point I think I'm done trying. It's been years.
