フィードバックを提供するI had to wait 20 minutes for my coffee, even though there was no one in line ahead of me. When I asked about it, the blonde lady named Katie wasn’t very friendly. On the other hand, the front cashier was fantastic!
Katie and the entire Tuesday night shift staff were excellent. The restaurant was quite busy, even at 11 PM, but they all worked diligently to ensure we received our food promptly. Katie truly shines in her role; she clearly thrives under pressure and maintains a positive attitude along with impressive work ethic. I was staying at a nearby hotel for work in the area.
The restaurant is consistently clean and well-organized, and the staff is always friendly.
Perfect place to take a break and refuel if you are between MD and Philly / points further north, while also the Delaware 95 toll. I almost stop every time I do these drives. The service is always what I would expect from a Wawa (good), and the bathroom of men is usually decent enough.
I do not know what has happened to wawa! They used to be clean and in order and know they are always dirty..it looks as if they run out of room for products so they just stick them anywhere. The counters have clutter everywhere. Lids are always out and soda station never wiped down. I know at busy times this is expected however it's all the time Anna at all the wawa. I no longer am a fan
