I asked her if I could just order a big OCEAN WASSER and got no answer, so I went away defeated. But before I was halfway to the sidewalk, I heard that the voice said, sir was that you were trying to order? I told her what I wanted and she said no problem, I'm back at your OCEAN WATER... So I decided to give her $5.00 and keep her the change... but it's better... I was told to keep the money and have a great night!!! When I left WINNING this time, I told her I would do a review for Google cards and tell everyone how great she is.... Ariana said her name is and I want everyone who sees this post to let Sonic know that Ariana is the absolute best!!!
I really enjoyed the shake, but the service was incredibly slow. I placed a mobile order on a Sunday at 7:25 PM. There were hardly any customers in the dining area, and a few cars were stuck in the drive-thru line, barely making any progress. My order finally arrived about 15 minutes later. The young man who brought it out was very friendly. The peanut butter shake was cold, thick, and delicious. Overall, I would rate my experience as follows: 4 for the shake, 1 for the service, and 4 for the friendliness of the staff.
In the past few weeks, I had been eager to try the Grill Cheese Double Burger, but unfortunately, there isn’t a Sonic near my home. On Sunday night, while we were in Elkton, we decided to stop by for a bite to eat. We ended up waiting for nearly an hour for our food. Initially, I thought it might be due to poor customer service, but upon further reflection, it appeared that the staff just lacked proper training. There was one girl going from car to car asking everyone about their orders—it seemed more like a management issue. When we finally received our food, it was cold and disappointing. I had eaten here before, and this was not the norm. I hope the management can improve their training in the future.
When I finally received my burger, it wasn't hot as it should have been. I was so hungry that I couldn't help but worry about potentially getting food poisoning while eating it. I'll find out later if that worry was justified. It was pouring heavily outside, and we had no other restaurant options so late at night. Additionally, the soda was mostly ice, with very little actual drink in it. It tasted overly sweet and flat, almost like just syrup without any carbonation. I managed to eat the sandwich but ended up throwing away the lime wedge. I noticed other customers were also complaining among themselves. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and I won't be coming back.
WOULD DO A ZERO STAR REVIEW IF ABLE TO Went there tonight after doing an mobile order, parked and waited for over 40 minutes with no food. Then come to find out they canceled my order for no reason while I was there, and then once I reach out to them they say we are closed, can 't help but did you get the 2 kids meals and proceeds to tell me to come back tomorrow to get my food and they can 't refund me my money So now im out of money and dont have my food.Super unacceptable and the staff was rude as hell. Night shift team needs better training with customer service
