Arlene's Cafe General Store - Elkton

I wish I could give fewer than one star, but I have to fill in all the fields. My experience on July 28th was extremely disappointing. When I called to place an order for four people, the staff member was very rude and didn't seem to listen. She kept interrupting me with questions and even threatened to hang up if I didn't hurry. To top it off, they forgot one of the meals. One of my friends ended up getting sick from their food. The service was rude, and the food tasted like it came straight from the freezer — definitely not fresh. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone; I’d rather send people to local fast food spots or other Mexican restaurants. It seems like Arlene isn’t what it used to be, especially for those who either had their meals messed up or never received theirs at all.
