フィードバックを提供するOur order was a total disaster. We were missing fries in the wing box, and despite clarifying three times, the sandwiches arrived with ingredients we can't eat. To make matters worse, their phone line is out of service, and corporate and other Arby's locations couldn't provide a working number. This means you have no choice but to drive there to voice your complaints. It's absolutely ridiculous.
The fast food experience is mediocre. However, there is a nice variety of sodas and beverages to choose from.
The customer service at this restaurant is severely lacking. I requested several items, only to be told they were unavailable. I then made alternative selections, only to hear the same response. It was clear to me that the staff did not want to be there, yet still expected to receive a paycheck. Absolutely ridiculous! From now on, I'll be going to the Arby's in Delaware.
