Great Papa franchise! My pizza was made exactly how I wanted it, with extra sauce.

As I approached the counter, I noticed the small shield that was poorly attached and seemed to be coming apart as I spoke. I mentioned that I typically don't order in-store, and he sarcastically responded that they also only accept payments of $20 or less for delivery. As a customer, I believe there’s a respectful way to communicate with clients, even when discussing policies. I was merely stating my usual practice, but it apparently upset John, the manager. Because of this experience, I won't be returning to this restaurant; my money is better spent where I feel valued as a customer. Whoever promoted John to manager should reconsider that decision, as it could drive away customers from this location.

I really enjoy ordering delivery from this place. They are consistently quick, even during busy times, and the drivers are always friendly. I even attempted to use the pizza tracker, and it was surprisingly fast. I've never had any issues here.

Ordered 3 items from this place. Pizza, Wings and Garlic Knots. The pizza was great, there was cheese and toppings. Tasted great! The wings were terrible, there was aftertaste and it wasn't cooked all the way! Nasty! The garlic Knots were great. -1 star for the wings, skip this at all costs. This order was a pickup. There was a delivery man from Papa Johns that smashed pumpkins in the neighborhood hence this time I decide to pickup rather than have their driver come over. The place had about 8 staff members. There was a older staff member that was doing the dough and came over to the cashier to change the paper in the receipt roll. He used bare hands to change the paper roll and then pack to making pizza roll with his bare hands, YUCK!

The staff is very impotent and friendly.
