The chicken bacon ranch burritos are absolutely fantastic. They really shine when paired with their spicy fire sauce. If you prefer something milder, they have a sauce for that too. The shrimp tacos are also excellent, with just the right kick of heat.

Let me break it down for you: Cleanliness scores a 9.5 (it's a restaurant, so there's bound to be a little mess somewhere). Affordability is a solid 10, and the quality is also a perfect 10. The staff friendliness also gets a 10. I tried the carnitas tacos, and I asked for the carnitas to be a little crispy. They came out with just the right amount of crispiness, combined with a savory flavor and delightful aromas from the perfectly grilled meat. It was heavenly! Thank you, Rolberto's!

Dining here is fantastic! The food is always fresh and served hot. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the restaurant is consistently clean every time we visit. The portions are generous; I often find it hard to finish a burrito in one sitting due to their size and delicious contents. This is my top choice for burritos in Elko! I'm excited about the new location opening in Spring Creek. Plus, they're open 24 hours, which is hard to find in either Elko or Spring Creek. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to enjoy amazing Mexican cuisine.

The best way is to open them 24 hours! fresh and fast $25 they get a burrito and a large shrimp cocktail.

It's not great, but it's not a bad place to eat. Good food for It's price. Plus it's open very late
