フィードバックを提供するI always aim to provide positive reviews and be understanding, but after visiting three times and hearing "Sorry, we’re not open because our manager isn’t here," I’m left feeling frustrated. It was Monday morning at 8:30, and the place wasn’t open. They also aren’t open after 7 PM on Saturdays. Unfortunately, I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere. There are times when I’d love to enjoy breakfast on my day off or before work, but it’s disappointing when they appear optimistic while I’m left wondering if things will change. It’s disheartening to see such a lack of work ethic.
I had the worst breakfast experience I've ever had at a Taco Bell. All of the soft items were broken or torn, and there was hardly anything in the dishes. It was the worst $12 I've ever spent, especially considering I ended up just throwing everything away. There was no apology for the poor quality of the food.
The staff was incredibly friendly when I was looking for a late-night snack. Although they had run out of chicken, they kindly offered steak instead! Their friendliness made my experience enjoyable, and I will definitely be back!
I couldn't correct if you live on it. management is just as poor as the employees- not sure why companies like these stay open
I understand they were overwhelmed and short staffed. They asked me to pull around front, so I did. They did not ask me to come inside. My order sat for 15 minutes before I walked in looking for it. Order was cold but I didn't want to wait longer so I took it and left.
