Sub City - Elkhart

With my husband and son for dinner after shopping. One gentleman came out to take our car, but we went in. You have a good selection of subs to choose from or you can get nachos or Hot Dogs. I had a hard time to choose what I wanted because there were so many things that looked good. I got the Turkish bacon Sub, and my son and my husband both got the Italian sub. The two worked very nicely and talked to us while they made our sandwiches. While we're talking to the guys, we figured out they'd deliver too! We took the food home to eat, and we were honestly blown away how amazing the food was. We knew it would be good, only through the smell as soon as we were in the car, but they were beyond phenomenal!! Sub City is definitely better than subway, Penn Station and Jimmy John's! We will go back there!!

My experience at sub City. I came in and was greeting. The place was grungy and unkept but decided to give a chance and ordered the Philly cheese steak sandwich. Found sliced gyro meat from gfs instead of chopped steak meat. Gyro meat will not make the sandwich and was sloppy with sauce. Will not recommend this place. Wish it would have been better. Waited way too long in an empty parking lot for 2 sub combos and a hot dog. Sub 1, you could barely tell there was anything between the bread and the bread was falling apart when I opened it. Sub 2 was an Italian Beef that, for some strange reason, was smothered in liquid cheese like they confused it with a beef and cheddar or something. The hot dog bun was extremely greasy. And the combo meals were supposed to come with chips, didn't get those. Definantely would not recommend to anyone.

Not impressed at all. I could've made this at home. Sub was soggy, and who puts crumbled up bacon and chopped tomatoes on a sub?? Lettuce and turkey were all slimey. I ended up throwing it in the trash and eating a granola bar in my desk for dinner.

I saw no vehicles in parking lot on cassopolis street , now I see why. Subs are soggy and taste stale. Jimmy John's and Penn station for now on.
