フィードバックを提供するFood was fine as always. Although we received a couple wrong items. The service wasn’t great. The waitress was pushy and arrogant. She made it clear she wanted us to leave, even taking waters and plates with food left on them without asking. They were dead too, very few customers, so I know she wasn’t waiting for new customers in her section. Not a great experience.
I visited the restaurant for my cousin's birthday with a group of seven around 11 AM, right when they opened. We were quickly seated, and our orders were taken right away. While we waited for our food, we enjoyed some Sunset Passion Coladas and Bloody Marys, both of which were delicious. Our meals arrived hot and fresh, with only one dish—the bacon mac and cheese—missing, but our server promptly resolved that issue. Speaking of our server, she was outstanding! I’m disappointed I forgot to catch her name because she truly deserves recognition for her kindness and patience—she was a delight! A big thank you to her and the entire staff at Red Lobster for helping make my cousin's birthday a wonderful celebration!
Neither of us had been to a RL in many years, not a lot is open on a Sunday night and we were starving so we decided to give it a try. We had the calamari appetizer which was deep fried and very greasy. The chicken Caesar salad was good, the best thing we ordered. The seafood stew was overwhelming buttery and greasy. Overall the place was a bit dated and run down, our waitress was pleasant and prompt but there were folks at the hostess booth who would barely acknowledge us. Unfortunately based on our experience it will probably be another 20 years before we try this again.
Definitely never coming back here again! Five rolls of sushi set of two I payed $33. This is insane.
If I could give a negative star I certainly would! Imagine you’re eating your salad when you bite on some thing plastic! The horror then sets in when you take it out of your mouth and realize it’s your servers artificial nail!!!!! I called her to the table to ask for a manager and that’s when I realized Yep it was her nail! When I asked for the manager I was told you don’t need a manager what can I do for you and I said no I’d like to speak to a manager please and she huffed and puffed and left to get the manager. He was horrified to see her fingernail on the table covered my salad dressing. I told him I knew for a fact it was hers and that she also had an attitude from the time we sat down. He offered to pay for our meal even though while I was still very upset and tearful I agreed to stay because of my 87 year old father who wanted his steak. Imagine how amazed I was when she brought the rest of our food out plopped it down on the table without saying anything never came back again to see if we were OK or needed anything but when she did come back she handed me the bill sang here you go!!!! First of all, my father wanted cheesecake he loves the cheesecake there. Never asked if there was anything else we needed like maybe an apology would be great. From her that is. But she did spend some time in the bathroom removing her artificial fingernails!!! I am absolutely disgusted with how this was handled and with the entire situation!
