フィードバックを提供するThe service at the counter was quick and friendly, but when we got home, we discovered they shorted us a biscuit. While I get that mistakes happen, it was still disappointing. Of the biscuits we did receive, nearly all were undercooked—doughy and simply inedible. The mac and cheese was overcooked, but the mashed potatoes and gravy were decent and met their usual standard. Even the chicken tenders were subpar. I will never return to this location. I just can’t justify that experience. KFC is already pricey, and with gas prices rising, I won't waste time or money—or gas—on this location ever again. NEVER.
I've had better experiences at other franchises. One person ordered the famous bowl, and it came without any chicken! Unfortunately, we were too far away to go back and address it.
The staff is incredibly rude, unhelpful, and communicates in a very aggressive manner. There is nothing but a negative attitude.
The service was terrible. The gravy was thick and unappetizing, the mac and cheese had a slimy texture and an unpleasant smell, and the chicken was tough. Everything was just awful.
First of all, they really need to hire more staff. The lobby was closed at 8 PM, and the only way to get food was through the drive-thru. The outside area needs some improvement, as I could barely understand the person taking my order. When I finally got to the window, they didn't have any straws for my drink or the proper containers for the large mashed potatoes. I ended up taking my food home, where I had to reheat the mashed potatoes. The chicken strips were just okay. It seems like the supply truck didn’t arrive, or someone forgot to place an order. If you want to eat inside, I suggest going earlier. The sign said the lobby was open until 10 PM, so I was quite disappointed.
