Wendy's - Elk Grove

I really wanted to give this place another chance, but I keep getting disappointed year after year. Most recently, I saw an advertisement for their new Italian mozzarella cheeseburger, so I decided to give it a shot. I ordered it along with some other items for my family from the drive-thru. When I got home, I discovered that, unsurprisingly, they had given me a regular cheeseburger instead of the Italian mozzarella cheeseburger. Every time I've tried this place, I either have missing items or receive the wrong ones. I could attribute it to COVID and the staffing shortages, but honestly, this has always been their issue.

The staff is fantastic and the food is excellent, consistently served hot and perfectly prepared!

For anyone looking for that Wendy's fix this one is under a full reboot and you can not get food at all there at the moment. Looks to be almost done. Only other one is by the 99 off laguna in this area.

I had to wait 15 minutes for a hamburger, and it was a terrible experience. It seemed like there were only kids working inside the restaurant. I won't be returning. The wait felt like I was just sitting around waiting to be seated at a different restaurant.

Waiting 10 minutes in line after ordering a Frosty only to be told it was melted. Wasted my time and wasn't given a decent apology. Mark my words, this Wendy's will close down by the end of the summer. Hours of condensed, serves has gone down, andthe wait times are loooonnnnggggg.
