Panera Bread - Elk Grove

The staff here is very friendly. There’s a large list displayed at the back of the store outlining the banned ingredients, which is great to see. The filtered water is a nice touch, especially given the amount of contamination in water these days. The unlimited sip club is a fantastic way to save some money. I do wish this Panera Bread opened at 6 AM like many other locations, and it would be convenient if the cups were more easily accessible. Other than that, I have no complaints; some aspects of their service truly exceed normal customer expectations. I highly recommend this location!

The food is delicious, but the service is very disappointing! This is the second time they haven't sent my complete order. I have to call and wait on hold for at least half an hour just to get a refund! This time, they're telling me to call back tomorrow. This service is simply unacceptable!

Wow. I understand that inflation has affected prices, but the portions in the Warm Bowls are simply not enough for $13. I ordered the whole size and was really let down. I can only imagine what the half size must look like. Don't be deceived by the size of the bowl; it appears nearly half-empty when you receive it, barely reaching the rim. The pictures on the menu are much more generous than what you actually get. No one was cleaning the tables either. Thumbs down! If I had more hands, I’d give even more thumbs down.

Worst Panera Bread I?ve ever been to. Poor quality service, employees are always annoyed to take care of you and give you cold food. Not a smile, not a sense of courtesy. Restaurant is always dirty and lots of things are out of order. Food takes aridiculous amount of time to be prepared. Sad it?s the only Panera around. 4x times here and always the same bad experience.

Its a nice location. Seating both inside and out. Staff is courteous and nice. Recently i dropped my credit in their store. I called them the next day, and they were quick to let me know that they had it. Not a long wait like from one person toanother. I like this place.
