Little Caesars Pizza - Elk Grove

Amazing pizza at an affordable price! The staff is consistently friendly, and I never have to wait long for my order.

The staff were friendly, but the service was quite slow. My pizza took over 30 minutes to arrive, when it usually only takes around 10-15 minutes. I had to request a refund due to the delay, and I noticed that the staff seemed very young.

I like this place, but the service wasn't very helpful. When I went in looking for empty pizza boxes, I was told that they couldn't sell them to me because of the primary school down the street. It took me asking three times before the manager finally agreed to sell me the boxes. So, I'm giving it 4 stars. The pizza quality has improved, but so have the prices on everything else.

As pizza places go, and keep in kind of mind this is low brow stuff, this place is clean, quick, functional, and incredibly respectful. I felt like they were treating me a bit higher than I was several times. Sir, can I get you some plates and napkins or pepper packs? I mean come on, I 'm here to pick up 3 Postmates (like Doordash) pizzas,. always helping me make my pickup trouble free, and I 've picked up from here at least three times before. highly recommend. I 've bought from them and the quality is top notch. There 's a manager or boss here that cares about his or her employees and products. betcha.

Usual wait time for a pizza that is not hot-n-ready is about 15 minutes. Cheapest decent pizza I can find, and you get what you pay for I guess lol don't expect some gourmet pizza. However I think they have improved from a few years ago it used to taste like cardboard. I'll typically get a Hawaiian style pizza and I like it. Usually really greasy just fyi. They offer free napkins with you order but no more paper plates.
