Jimmy's Superb Subs - Elk Grove

I love this place. Jimmy is soooo nice and the food is delicious. They have such a good variety and a really good price ! Please open back up! Can't wait to eat there again soon!

I followed Jimmy from the Vintage Park location to his new spot in Laguna because I absolutely love the spicy BBQ cheesesteak sandwich. It's better than a Banh Mi or any other sandwich out there. I can almost hear Jimmy taking my order right now! Since the new ownership took over, I've only been there once, and I could tell it would be my last visit. The place had been remodeled, there were different staff members, and Jimmy was nowhere to be found. The menu had changed too, and our favorite items had disappeared, which was really disappointing. We just wanted to see Jimmy one last time. I hope he is enjoying a happy retirement!

Jimmy's Superb subs and more should be your GO-TO spot if you can't decide what type of food you want to eat. Whether it's lunch or dinner you will ALWAYS find something to satisfy you at Jimmy's. The menu is huge and the quality is great. I have not been since Jimmy retired but I can't wait to try it as I'm sure he left it in great hands.

This review is for the old Jimmy's; I haven't visited the new one. I drove to PetSmart today and can confirm that a Boba place is moving into that space. There's now a sign on the building.

Drove by there and the sign Jimmy's has been removed and the windows are taped up so they are out of business! Sad, the new owner takes over and then it closes down. Jimmy's has been there for years. Unfortunately for us, he retired but good for him. I guess the new owners didn't know how to run a business. Now I have to find someplace else for Beef Teriyaki sandwich. Sucks!
