Jack's Urban Eats - Elk Grove

I've had enough of this place. The staff here seem more interested in chatting and goofing off than actually getting orders correct. This has happened three times now, and every time I get home, my order is wrong! It's unacceptable. Make sure they pay attention and get the order right, and hold them accountable for mistakes. I'm fed up with their lack of professionalism. Look for another dining option if you can.

The restaurant has a fantastic atmosphere and their homemade salad is delicious and fresh.

The dining experience at this restaurant was fantastic, with a lively atmosphere and friendly, helpful staff. We wanted a photo with a friend who was moving out of state, and it could have been our last picture together. The busboy went out of his way to help us capture that moment. We love Jack's!

5 stars the first time I have eaten here and then. the next DAY...Key salat bowl ingredient totally out of all 3 I ordered for picking up (which is spent near $60.) I know that jack’s urban eats want to make this mistake right, but if I consider that I have brought the salate back to the sf bay area, it might be difficult to think about it. I really hope to hear from someone, despite the lack of budget, when I come to elk grove to visit my parents, I will probably get back food from them. I insist on a double check. Overall I say good food, but have double check them out their ToGo orders. I'm sure this kind of mistakes does not happen to people eating at the place.

DO NOT ORDER the Korean BBQ Steak Bowl. It was absolutely NOT worth the price, nor was it filling. There was maybe, maybe 1/4-1/2 cup of thinly sliced Korean bbq marinated steak, a 1/4 cup of black rice/quinoa and the rest, like the entire bowl was shredded cabbage. It was pretty maddening. Of course we didn't see it until we got home. Just shredded cabbage for $17!!!!
