Mcdonald's - Elk Grove Village

I understand that this is a fast-food restaurant, but the service was incredibly disappointing. I would honestly prefer to buy food from a homeless person. I ordered a cheeseburger Happy Meal for my little brother, which should be a straightforward order, but they somehow managed to mess it up. They forgot the french fries, the apples were moldy, and they got upset when I didn't opt for the juice. This place is really unacceptable, and I hope it faces serious consequences. I might be overreacting about a simple meal for my brother, but I truly expect better from a major company. I will also be reporting them for the moldy apples.

We always love visiting this McDonald's. The staff is excellent and the service is incredibly fast. I usually place a mobile order while I'm in the parking lot, and by the time I walk in, I only have to wait for about a minute for my food. They truly do a fantastic job!

What can I say? It's just McDonald's. The jalapeño McDoubles are the highlight!
