Kfc - Elizabethtown

This is a nice place to try food, with decent service overall. I finally had the chance to visit the KFC drive-thru, and I was pleasantly surprised by the improved service. The staff were much friendlier and more upbeat. Although they didn’t have what I originally wanted, they offered a great substitute that was close to my craving. I must say, it turned out to be a really good deal, which is hard to find at fast food places. I'm glad I discovered it here at KFC. Thank you!

This was the worst experience for a family outing. My hungry kids were joking around with each other, and while we were there, two police officers were interviewing an employee about a fight with a customer. To make matters worse, they told us they only had four pieces of chicken left at 7 PM. It was my wife and I's anniversary, and we had our three boys with us. This was the second time we've left this Burger King due to poor service. They really need to improve things at this location.

If you've seen my reviews before, you'll note that my thoughts on Taco Bell are applicable here as well. I don’t usually indulge in fried food, but this was exactly what I needed—better than anything I had back home.

It says they are open till 10, but at 920 tonight, they had a huge line, and 5 chicken tenderize, 20 minutes old.. and refused to drop more because their kitchen closes at 9... so they will not cook anything fresh in fryers after 9... nope, don't want oldfood. No thanks. Lost a $40+ order, as we were going to upgrade to Nashville hot plus other stuff. The car in front of us lefttoo. This establishesanagement would see better results by paying workers ot after 10 to work, and actually cook fresh foodwhile open. What a concept! Or, if not, then close the doors when you shut down the kitchen! Geez. Your already closing early,and on 65.. managed. Bottom line. Won't be back

Food quality was great. Service was a touch slow, but I could tell the crew was small and doing their best!
