Bojangles ' Famous Chicken 'n Biscuits

It was open but didn't have any food. What bojagels doesn't have any chicken or dirty rice?

Service in the drivethru is pretty slow. E.g. it takes about 10 minutes sometimes for 3 cars to get through ordering. But the food is consistently tasty so we come back. Gotta love that tea! Staff sometimes seems impatient unfriendly but that's not uncommon in fast food.

Place was dirty food was not good and the sanitation rating was very low I understand why now.

Slow service because employees are on their phones ignoring customers. There is no such thing as pleasant employee service anymore! They treat you like they are doing you a favor, the Customer!

I was glad to finally see a business fully staffed, it's been a long time. However the staff is young and haven't been properly trained. That chicken should have never made it to that box, I received. I went inside to speak with the manager, who never even came to speak with me. A nice young man brought me my receipt, I was told my money was back on my card. WowParking: The store and the parking lot was very clean.
