El Portal - Elizabeth

I haven't been to the restaurant myself, but a classmate of mine gave it a one-star rating. To balance things out, I'll give it a five-star rating, even though I'm not sure how good or bad it actually is.

I’ve never visited this restaurant before, but the first review makes it seem fantastic. It sounds like a great place!

The experience was very detrimental to both mental and physical health, and it was not enjoyable at all.

This restaurant is terrible. The service is poor and the food is disappointing. I visited for my birthday with my family of six, and our waitress was quite unfriendly. The first four adult meals were served, but we had to wait an additional five minutes for the kids' meals; only one of the two actually arrived. I had to share some of my daughter's meal with my son so he wouldn't just sit there watching us eat. By the time his food arrived, everyone else had already finished, and the waitress even laughed while bringing it out. I would not recommend this place at all!

I really enjoy getting late dinners or takeout from this place! Occasionally, the wait for pickup can be a bit long since they're quite busy, but overall, the food is delicious.
