フィードバックを提供するI ordered a hot coffee with cream and sugar this morning, but when I opened it, it was just black coffee. Then, when I got to the window, I had ordered two iced caramel lattes with whipped cream, but the guy forgot the whipped cream. I asked him if he could please add it on top, and he told me I would have to pay extra. I understand that, but I pointed out that I had already ordered it with whipped cream. He checked the receipt and hesitantly said, "Oh, okay..." This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues here, so I can’t recommend this place.
The service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly.
Overall, the drinks are well-prepared and the service is good.
I truly love their hot tea and coffee. The bagels are just okay, but I was disappointed with the donuts. When did corporate decide to allow local Dunkin' locations to use only a tiny bit of filling in their donuts? I had to eat nearly the whole dry donut before I discovered any filling. It's really disappointing and a sure way to lose customers.
I waited 23 minutes for a small cup of coffee, even though I was only the third car in line. The service was extremely frustrating. The car in front of me received a strawberry shake, and when I finally got to the window, I noticed the employee wearing a personal headset, loudly chatting and moving at an incredibly slow pace. When he finally came to my car, he handed me someone else's order and then had to ask for my order again, which hadn’t even been prepared. This type of behavior needs to be addressed by management. It’s rare for me to leave a negative review; I usually take a lot of things into account before evaluating the service I receive. However, this experience was simply unacceptable. I recommend reviewing the security footage and offering proper training to this employee. I visited at 3:55 PM, and based on this experience, I would rate the service a 1/10.
