Bigboss Burritos - Elizabeth City

I brought the Loco Burrito to a lunch meeting, and it was absolutely delicious! Everyone—six people in total—agreed on that. The cheese was fantastic, and the churros were cooked to perfection. I can’t wait to eat there again!

This place is great. Wife usually wants to go 2 to 3 times a week. Staff is super friendly always in a good mood. Owner sat and talked with us for awhile the last time. Food is made super fresh and is always on point. Huge portions you won't leave hungry.

I tried the food for the first time, and it was pretty good. However, I'm not a fan of the idea of adding fries or rice to tacos or burritos. The staff was friendly, and the portion sizes are quite generous—enough for multiple meals or for sharing. I shared some tacos and, oh my god, the fries were delicious. I ordered the $310 tacos, and they were just okay. The chicken had the best balance of meat to fries, the beef was the most flavorful, while the steak was a hit or miss depending on the lime. The fries were tasty, but I couldn't really taste the chorizo. The Big Boss Burrito is still sitting in my fridge. The churros were sweet and enjoyable. In my opinion, if a taco or burrito includes a filler, it should be seasoned similarly to the meat; otherwise, it tends to taste bland. Spiced fries and yellow rice would definitely elevate the dish!

What better way to kick off your anniversary celebration than at Big Boss Burrito! I had the boss burrito, and it was absolutely delicious! I also ordered an orange beat drink, and the bartender, Shawnee, was incredibly friendly. It's a fantastic local spot to check out!

Amazing food and great customer service! The best place in town to get an authentic Burrito that is not disappointed! If you have any problems (they are human) they will fix it! Amazing staff!
