Rosati's Pizza - Elgin

Ordered online. Everything was as requested and ready on time as promise. It is just a carryout location so the atmosphere doesn't count for much.

I should of listened to the reviews but Nancys closed and I figured we would try this place. Sure enough the pizza tasted bland no flavor at all Im not sure how that’s possible I ordered a 2 liter of 7up and they brought root beer they said they ran out of 7up so why take my order if you didn’t have it. I won’t be ordering here again sad Rosatis fell off Update it gets worse I need to give 1 star I found a piece of tape on my pizza I almost ate it gross it was literally cooked into my pizza This place needs to be shut down for health violations only God knows what is happening in that kitchen I will be calling the owner in the morning this is not right I want a full refund of my money Update the owner called this morning and apologized offered me a full refund and told me that is not the quality they offer and if we try to order from them again she assured it would be good I appreciated the call back and refund

Big order means to be taken special care of notes by customer not just hand over unbaked pizza. If you're busy then simple and straight say no to order so that customer can go somewhere else instead he regrets spending $80 at your place.

Ordered a pepperoni calzone and the pepperoni tasted old and expired, the cheese was chewy and runny had to throw it out with a weird taste.Good thing I got boneless wings that turned out ok. Sorry won't be going back, sucks because I was really looking forward to it.

Ordered a simple combo sandwich (Italian Beef Sausage). Sandwich is good. Temperature of the sandwich is good. Taste of Italian sausage could've been better. I prefer the taste of Portillo's Italian sausage. I also prefer to order pizza at this location.
