Mr. C's Hot Dogs And More - Elgin

Additionally, I paid extra for bacon and was disappointed to find none on my burger. I will continue to order from Mr. C's, but I will avoid the burgers in the future. When I pay extra for bacon, I expect it to be included—especially for a $9 half-pound burger. It should come with the bacon and be cooked properly.

5/2022 5* First time here. Just got the two hotdog special. Nothing special to note. Fries were fantastic. But the hotdog was typical a typical Vienna Hot Dog. Drinks were Pepsi which is a plus in my book. Service was good. But quite slow. Nobody waiting in front of me. One To Go order ahead of me. Took over 10 minutes to get my two hot dogs. But they were yummy. When around there again, I will be back.

We were out taking a drive and my bf pulled into this place. We will be coming back. Very friendly staff. Guy from the kitchen came out to double check my order and make sure he got it right. Food was not bad. But i want to compliment other cleniness of the place. The bathroom was spotless. I even made sure to wipe off the sink that got wet when I qashed my hands to leave it just like i found it. You know what they say, if the bathroom is clean you know the kitchen is clean too.

The food here is pretty bad. The customer service is even worse. The place wasn?t clean. Bad experience. Everyone seemed to be in a really bad mood. The onion rings and fries were almost burnt. No thanks.

During our initial visit, we were in agreement: the owners are incredibly friendly, and the food was enjoyable! The prices are reasonable given the current inflation. We tried the soup of the day, a hot dog with all the toppings, and a 6-piece order of teriyaki chicken wings. It seems that all the food is made to order, so there is a bit of a wait, but it's not excessive unless you're in a hurry.
