Chan's Garden - Elgin

I've passed by this restaurant many times and finally decided to try it out tonight. I ordered the Mongolian beef special, which comes with chicken roast rice. I requested it to be spiced up a bit. I have to say it was really quite good! The only downside is that the portions are smaller than what I usually expect for dinner, and it didn't come with a drink (unlike most other dinner places). Aside from that, the flavors were spot on, though it wasn't as spicy as I had hoped. Overall, I'll definitely be ordering from here again!

As a regular customer, I've never had a bad meal at Chan's Garden. Due to a family member's allergy, we have to be cautious about our food choices, and the staff always takes great care to ensure our order is accurate. The restaurant may be small, but it certainly delivers quality that exceeds expectations. They really know how to manage a family-owned business.

The first time we tried it, we really enjoyed it and will definitely return.

One the best Chinese places in the area!! Always worth the trip and the owners have exceptional customer service. Good quality food and fair portions make this place a hidden gem. The szechuan beef is a must and goes great with the Hawaiian fried rice. Overall, Chan's garden surpassed my expectations and I cannot recommend it enough.
