This is my FAVORITE Chinese place. Hadn't been there in years and I stopped by today its exactly as good as I remembered! I recommend the garlic chicken and the lo mein! Service is always fast, friendly and reliable. Don't hesitate to try this place! Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner

China Garden is our go-to for Chinese food in Elburn. The general tso chicken is very good, not that spicy. I always ask them to add egg to my fried rice! Very yummy! The menu is pretty standard for Chinese American cuisine. We ordered the General Tso's Tofu, but here comes the downside: the food wasn't great. The tofu was oddly chopped into uneven pieces and had a chewy, tough texture. On the bright side, it did have a decent kick of spice, which was the highlight of the meal. If you go in with low expectations, it can pass as decent food. Considering the low prices, you can't complain too much, as you're really getting what you pay for. The interior is cramped, so it's definitely better to take your food to one of the nearby tables in the plaza.
