Papa's Pizza To Go - Elberton

I frequently encounter this issue: I arrive at the restaurant when their own website and Google indicate they are open at 6 PM, but there is no one answering the phone, and no one is there. After several unsuccessful calls, I decided to drive over and place my order in person, only to find the place still closed. It’s frustrating to have set business hours if they’re not being honored. It would be helpful to have a voicemail system that reflects the actual hours of operation, so that if Google or the website is incorrect, customers won’t waste their time and money traveling to an empty establishment. Please update your hours on both your website and Google, as it’s misleading for long-time patrons.

I had a frustrating experience when I called the restaurant on Wednesday evening, June 12. The lady who answered was very rude and hung up on me three times, insisting she couldn't hear me, even though the connection was clear and she repeated my order back to me. This is the second time I've had issues with the service at Papa's, and there definitely won't be a third. Although the food is great, I won’t be returning.

I’m out of town for a few days and wanted to avoid fast food pizza, so I discovered this restaurant. The service was excellent, and the food was great. The staff were incredibly friendly as well. If I’m in this area again for work, I will definitely come back!

For the second weekend in a row the employees won’t answer the phone after calling multiple times and it’s not like they would be that busy for that long so maybe they need to get some new people

I've lived here since 2001. Just like everything in this town it's not worth wasting your money on. Can't answer the phones. Rude employees. Just pathetic
