Starbucks Coffee - El Segundo

I’m consistently impressed by the staff at this location. Kira is fantastic, and I always appreciate her friendly smile. On several occasions, the staff has recognized me by name when I walk in. I really like this location because it doesn’t have a drive-thru, which gives it a more personal feel compared to typical Starbucks locations that feel more like production lines. Just kidding—they're probably just busy!

The staff are all friendly and cheerful. However, my coffee had an unusual taste, and the restroom was not clean. It seemed that someone had just finished cleaning it, but it still didn't feel fresh.

Excellent staff and service! This is truly the best Starbucks in El Segundo. I loved my experience! Anthony was fantastic!

This location is disappointing. During my three visits, the drinks were only about 75% full, and it seems like they don't follow the recipes properly. I've found that most Starbucks locations prepare my usual orders consistently, but this one has failed to deliver each time. I would recommend avoiding it, as there are other nearby locations that are better. Even though this one is the closest to my apartment, I’ll gladly take the extra three-minute drive to the Sepulveda location in the future.

This location closes at 8 PM, but they set up barricades at the front counter by 6:45 PM. The employees seem annoyed when customers arrive for service before closing time. With mop buckets and chairs blocking the way, loud music playing, and unfriendly attitudes, it feels like they're trying to keep customers away while they clean. Overall, it was a disappointing experience!
