This restaurant offers excellent value and generous portion sizes. The owners and staff are very friendly. While the space is quite small, there are options for dining in or on the patio; however, takeout may be the easiest choice. The location in Downtown El Segundo is very convenient. I will definitely return!

Apex offers an exceptional combination of quality and affordability in today's sandwich scene. I'm so glad I chose this place for lunch, and I definitely plan to return. The sandwich was expertly prepared and carefully layered, making each bite easy without pulling out half the filling. As I walked to my car with the to-go bag, I could immediately tell how perfectly toasted the bread was. It had crispy edges while still being soft and spongy, so I knew it wouldn't crumble apart, but still delivered that satisfying crunch. This sandwich truly transformed my lunch experience, improved my outlook on life, and even helped save my marriage!

Great little spot!Had the classic Sam's Special, Hot....it was great! Not overly dressed and not too much meat...perfectly toasted. The pepperoncini add some acid to balance the salted meats...real dang goodAnd got an 8 Jalapeño Pizza....surprisingly awesome! One of the most amazing Middle Eastern restaurants I have found in southern California the food is to die for everything is fresh from the lamb to the chicken to the beef. I don't know what the official name is, but it's a cherry rice, and they mix right next with white rice the bread, the atmosphere, the ambience and the owner. She is amazing. This is a to go place.
