Wingstop - El Paso

Smelled disgusting in there, the staff was rude, they told us their advertised sandwiches were discontinued and when i asked for rolls they told me those were discontinued as well. Food took 20 mins to come out despite the fact we were the only party there other than another couple who was already seated. We only ordered wings and fries for two, nothing special.

I do enjoy their wings. Super tasty. For me, I always order the garlic parmesian.I highly recommend ordering via app ahead of time as the lines can get pretty long.My biggest gripe, is that the app/email will say that the order was fulfilled, but it often takes an additional few extra minutes of waiting once at the store. (Still way better than ordering in person)

Very bad service! I placed an order online and when I arrived it wasn’t ready they still took 15 minutes for my order to be done. You would think they were busy but the dining area only had a couple sitting down. I get home and no ranch and my whole order was wrong! I called to complain and Mario who picked up was polite and all even offered me a full refund but it just sucks that the whole order was wrong it just ruined my appetite. Makes you not want to order here anymore. Very disappointed!!!

Simple as this. I put in a small order of 20 boneless 4 hours prior to arrive. Already paid for keep in mind. Upon arrival BERLY STARTING THE ORDER. With 20 orders ahead of mind had to wait 50mins. If you are a timely matter person don’t even bother coming here YOU’RE WELCOME????

I called for a pick up order my call was dropped twice spoke to Jeremiah both times. Walk in the location customer return incorrect order. Walked in asked the cashier for his name he admitt it. Customer returning his order said see what you get ! sad wingstop was my favorite place, guess I’ll go to union for dinner
