Papa Johns Pizza - El Paso

Ordered carry out. The order was done by the time I got there. It had the same great taste as it does in Colorado. Papa John's pizza is one of the pizzas my wife can eat without it bothering her lactose intolerance. That is the primary reason we order from them. They didn't have the $8,99 special we're use to. I thought Texas had a lower cost of living. ?

Worst customer service waited literally 45 minutes for my pizza after I was told it was done saw a tons of other people walk out with their pizza with no wait when I asked what was going on I was lied to and told the oven broke down …literally anywhere else is better than here

Well, I order a pepperoni and extra bacon pizza , what I got was just regular pepperoni and bacon.. no extra bacon, when ask that the pizza dose NOT have the extra bacon, in a smirking voice, he stuck his finger dang close to my food and said see, there 's bacon for the price of this pizza, you would think you would get what you ask for with decent customers interactions, employees like this, often crater a business. I be one less person contributing to their paychecks.. thank GOD for PB PIzzA..

I placed a order for a bacon and pepperoni pizza and waited for about 25 minutes just to receive a pizza with one of the toppings incorrect. I am greatly disappointed. I received ham instead of bacon.

Everyone has different taste buds, but to me papa johns is the pizza for me. It genuinely feels like well made pizza, not too soggy, grease drenched or poor on flavor. Everyone else is always hit or miss but the consistency is here with Papa John's. The free Chile and garlic sauce each order is also a nice touch.
