Papa Johns Pizza - El Paso

I love it, I have never had an issue with ordering for delivery or pickup and it's always ready fast. Would recommend

Expensive pizza in all united state if you add just 1 Extra thing the Charge you 5 to 6 dollar

I would be a zero!!! The so-called manager Joey does not care about customer service. Your app screwed in the middle of the order and processed payment twice. I returned the order 100% as it was wrong and they will still not refund if they did not offer any solutions. Do not order from this place as they are rude and unprofessional.

Pizza was fresh and hot. I didn't have to wait long from when I walked in to pickup and pay for my pizza.

First experience was not as pleasant as the second. The difference being the 2nd time we were treated like Papa John's cared what we thought as a customer. The first time the manager could have cared less and was more about making money for the business instead of trying to keep repeat customers. We will be back based on a different attitude from a different manager. The first manager is why they don't get 5 stars.
