Hudson's Classic Grill - El Paso

Loved the food. It was bar night (11/23/22) they had a live band. Which was great, but loud 4 the family we had from out of town. The service was also on point.

On Sunday, September 25 we decided to watch the Bears game which we normally do and it?s normally around 10 to 15 of us we went and we were having a good time until one of the waitresses went by and spilled a plate of food not new food leftover food that somebody was done eating on my head and it also landed on my friend next to me but his was an all just bread mine was liquid I asked her if she if they could please be careful because I told her exactly what happened and she told me that?s why they don?t like to put the tables close together no sorry) attitude, and I sat there and tryinh to calm myself down because if I didn?t I would?ve snapped so I would try I was controlling my anger and that is why I did not call the manager or anybody else I decided to wait until today to call him he wanted to know who she was and I don?t didn?t see it cause The food was poured on my head he wanted to know who it was I cannot tell him everybody said it was probably a girl with a ponytail and glasses but the tables waitress was actually named Italy everybody that comes into town knows that I take them here and that will not happen again she did not apologize all I wanted was her to say sorry because that was fkd up. I did not want to make a scene there and I decided to sit and calm down before I open my mouth again I am still very upset about it and now it?s going to suck that I have to look for a new place to take all my family and friends that come in from Illinois to the Bears games.

Excellent service, great food and good prices. Ample parking. I love the 1950's Diner decor. Never crowded when I visit. The bar is well staffex and equipped. I highly recommend Hudsons. Try the Root Beer Float!

I had a very disappointing experience. Hudsons is not what it used to be. Aside from high prices for mediocre food, my sons cheese burger came with no cheese and when he bit it he was suffering saying it was spicy. I thought he was being dramatic but I tasted the guacamole that shouldn 't have been on there and it was HOT. Two male employees confirmed they made it with habanero. I 'm so glad my 2 year old didn 't bite it. When I told the waitress she didn 't have any sympathy for my son and just giggled. I called the manager Bonnie and she apologized for what happened and asked me to to take my son in for a free milkshake and a gift card. I went today after school and she was off, the general manager with no customer service skills basically called me a liar because it was the first time he heard of this. I asked if he could call Bonnie to confirm and he refused to bother her on her day off even though I told him it was a long drive for me... so I guess he 'd rather inconvenience the customer instead yet again.

Both our appetizer and burger patties tasted like frozen meals that were barely microwaved. After taking two bites, we asked our server for the check so we could go eat elsewhere. She acted surprised that we didn't want to-go boxes. Do yourself a favor and skip Hudson's Bar and Grill...you aren't missing out on anything.
